Ariocarpus retusus LRM180

These plants of A. retusus from near Dr Arroyo, NL occur on low gently sloping hills.  They are of the A. furfuraceus type. The location is notable also for the vast numbers of Pelecyphora strobiliformis that occur in association with the Ariocarpus.
